Presenter Details

Alisha Picard, GM HSEQ at Port Taranaki

Alisha is the GM Health, Safety, Environment and Quality at Port Taranaki, bringing over 20 years of experience in workplace health and safety. Her career spans a diverse range of industries and high-hazard environments, including major projects in oil and gas, wineries, and the demolition of the New Plymouth power station. Alisha is passionate about building strong safety cultures and is leading the Port’s continued evolution in employee wellbeing and proactive risk management.

Sarah Kippax, Manager H&S at Clarus

Sarah is the Health and Safety Manager at Clarus, a leading energy company in New Zealand. Sarah plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence across the organisation. Her leadership ensures that Clarus maintains high standards in workplace health and safety, supporting both employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance.
