Julia is an experienced employment lawyer and advises on all employment related issues across a range of industries. She regularly assists clients with personal grievances, disciplinary processes, performance issues, medical incapacity, holidays and leave and restructuring and redundancy processes. Julia has extensive dispute resolution experience and supports clients in settlement negotiations and mediation processes. She enjoys building strong client relationships, understanding their issues, and providing clear and practical advice.

Jonny is a specialist employment lawyer with broad-ranging experience and expertise. He enjoys getting alongside clients to deliver practical advice and find solutions for them. Jonny assists clients with all aspects of employment and health and safety law, including personal grievances, redundancy and disciplinary processes, performance management, medical incapacity, restraints of trade, bullying and harassment, holidays and leave, and privacy. He has extensive experience in negotiation and mediation, and has represented clients in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
