She regularly assists clients with personal grievances, disciplinary processes, performance issues, medical incapacity, holidays and leave and restructuring and redundancy processes. Julia has extensive dispute resolution experience and supports clients in settlement negotiations and mediation processes. She enjoys building strong client relationships, understanding their issues, and providing clear and practical advice.
