We welcome all who have an interest in hearing recent research conducted by two of the Wellington network committee members
Come along to our session to hear insights from two most recent studies, focusing on employee experience and organisational support and sense of belonging.
Dr. Huong Nguyen and Dr. Neeru Choudhary have conducted two separate studies and are now joining forces to share insights from researching international and NZ organisations who apply human-centred approaches to their way of working and their people approaches.
In particular, connections between organisational support, employees’ sense of belonging and spheres of influence will be discussed in the context of facilitating the best employee experience in various contemporary work arrangements (including hybrid, remote and office-based). You will also be invited to share your experience and opinions if you so wish.
