Course Overview
Performance development is one of the most effective ways to boost productivity and strengthen organisational performance. Yet traditional performance reviews often hinder progress rather than help teams succeed.
This half-day virtual course is designed to strengthen your performance review processes so you can motivate staff to achieve their best. This course helps HR professionals and managers build high-performing teams through modern performance frameworks and practical coaching techniques.
We will explore contemporary approaches, including the balanced scorecard, performance management dashboards, and continuous performance development techniques.
Participants will also learn a range of frameworks and methods to help managers conduct reviews with confidence.Learn the steps to design a Performance Development Plan and set goals that are practical and measurable.
Gain practical tools such as checklists, templates, and planning resources that can be applied immediately in your organisation.
Our employment lawyer will provide expert guidance on preparing for and conducting performance reviews in a way that reduces the risk of legal claims.
We will address key questions such as: How can managers assess performance fairly and reduce bias? How can managers support continuous improvement?

Cancellation Policy
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the course.
