Jade Dear, DE&I Ambassador for Hilti Group’s South Asia Pacific region, will present on how companies can build and deliver a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda as well as providing practical tips on how to create an inclusive organisation, where to start, how to engage with people to change their mindset, how to get the support of senior leadership and what she has learnt from her time as a female leader working within a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Presenter Details
Jade Dear, Hilti Group
Jade started her professional career as a Customer Service Representative in August 2014 in Auckland and since then has been promoted through the ranks into Sales Leadership and most recently becoming the Head of Hilti’s South Asia Pacific Learning and Development Centre in Singapore. In addition to this she is the DE&I Ambassador for all nine countries that form the region and has made sizable contributions to the inclusion progress in recent years in New Zealand and is at the forefront of executing a global strategy on DE&I that runs until 2030.
