This hands-on workshop is for HR, L&D, and P&C practitioners who want to move past AI buzzwords and into real, day-to-day application. Through live demonstrations and guided practice, participants will tackle three of HR's most time-pressured tasks. Using Microsoft Copilot (free license)

 •  draft a fair, defensible Performance Improvement Plan
 •  turn a dense policy into an engaging learning guide, and
 •  structure a business case that lands with leadership

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to draft an effective PIP starting point while knowing exactly what still needs human judgement, convert any policy into a clear and accurate learning resource, build a business case structure that holds up under scrutiny, and apply a practical "trust but verify" habit to any AI-assisted HR content going forward.
No prior Copilot experience required, just a willingness to draft, critique, and walk away with prompts you can use tomorrow.
