Course Overview

This comprehensive course over two half-days gives HR professionals and managers the essential tools to lead organisational change with confidence.

Delivered by an experienced employment lawyer, this course covers the full change process from planning to evaluation.

Participants explore proven models such as Kotter’s 8-Step Process to assess your organisation’s readiness for change.

This course also explains the difference between change models like ADKAR and frameworks like Agile, and when each approach is most effective.

Discover a structured ten-step process to manage change in your organisation.

Learn how to address resistance to change by understanding the psychological barriers that often affect people during transitions.

Participants discover how to build communication strategies that connect with stakeholders at every level and support clarity throughout the process.

Gain practical insights into measuring progress through meaningful KPIs and continuous improvement, so you can achieve long-term success.

By the end of this course, you will have a solid foundation in change management principles and the skills to begin implementing successful initiatives.
