Join us for another Wellness Wednesday Cafe connect!!! This is free for Members to attend, you just need to pay for your own coffee. Light refreshments will be provided, sponsored by Blanchard Aotearoa NZ.
Wellness Wednesday’s are a chance for us to catch up informally. We will hear briefly from David about the Blanchard training offerings.
Generously, David is also offering all attendees a complimentary 35 min overview of a programme of their choice!
Other than that there's no agenda, just an opportunity for like-minded HR professionals to get together, chat, network, and share challenges and learnings.

Presenter Details
David Cordery, Blanchard Aotearoa
David Cordery is a Co-Owner and Consulting Partner of Blanchard Aotearoa/New Zealand. In his current role and in his previous role as an accredited trainer in the Royal New Zealand Navy, he has 30 years of experience delivering Blanchard® training content. Dave is passionate about helping others develop and grow. His knowledge and skills, patience and curiosity, and ability to inquire insightfully and listen attentively have enabled him over the years to consult effectively with representatives at all levels, from a range of organisations. These qualities, coupled with a professional, warm, and welcoming facilitation style, puts learners at ease and allows them to be in the driver’s seat of their own development. It also enables them to focus on acquiring the knowledge and skills while thinking about how they can apply them to their own situations in a relevant way. When facilitating Blanchard courses, Dave strives to deliver an authentic, transformational learning experience that will impact learners’ whole lives both in and outside of work. His organizational and life experience is backed up by academic qualifications, including a BSc (Hons) in Industrial and Organization Psychology from Massey University. In his spare time, Dave is actively involved in family life. He also enjoys spending time at the beach, gardening, and playing the guitar. In the community he volunteers his time on a local charitable board of trustees supporting people with disabilities, helping others find success in what they undertake, and facilitating/coaching a free online collaborative Student Self Leadership Programme
