As AI technologies become increasingly embedded in workplace processes, organisations are grappling with how to support their people through this transformation. How are employee roles evolving? What strategies help staff adapt to AI tools while maintaining job satisfaction and wellbeing? And how can organisations ensure that technological advancement remains aligned with human values?

This panel discussion brings together Melissa Crawford and Dr. Azka Ghafoor to explore these timely questions. Drawing on their research and professional experience, the panelists will discuss emerging developments in AI, shifts in work design, and practical frameworks for supporting employee capability and engagement in AI-driven environments.
