Managing people can be complex, and sometimes it helps to get a practical answer from those who deal with workplace challenges every day.
Join Human Resources New Zealand and Findex for an engaging Ask Me Anything evening with experienced HR and employment relations professionals. Enjoy drinks and nibbles while connecting with other professionals and hearing expert insights on the people issues facing New Zealand workplaces.
Whether you're navigating a challenging employee situation, unsure how to approach a performance concern, managing workplace conflict, or simply looking for guidance on a people-related issue, no question is too big or too small.
When registering, you'll have the opportunity to submit a question for our panel. Selected questions will be discussed live during the session, giving attendees the chance to hear practical advice and different perspectives on real workplace scenarios. If your question isn't selected, or you have a follow-up question, our panel members will be available after the session for informal conversations and networking.
Our panel brings extensive experience across employment relations and HR, including employment agreements, performance management, workplace investigations, restructures, disciplinary processes, misconduct, and the day-to-day challenges that come with leading and managing people.
Come along, enjoy a drink, ask your questions, and leave with practical insights, new connections, and greater confidence in handling workplace people matters.

Findex NZ Pty Ltd
Findex NZ Limited
Findex works alongside employers to solve real world people challenges - from hiring and retaining great people, to keeping workplaces safe, compliant, and engaged. The HR Consulting team supports organisations that may be grappling with questions like; “Are our employment agreements and policies fit for purpose?”, “How do we manage performance or a tricky people issue fairly and safely?”, “How do we recruit and onboard in a way that sets people up to succeed?”. They provide practical help support with recruitment, employment agreements, performance management, workplace investigations, learning and development, and people strategy, so leaders can make confident decisions and reduce risk. They also offer outsourced HR services for businesses that don’t have HR or need more dedicated, consistent support as well as those that have HR in place but require extra capacity for projects or periods of higher workload. The Health and Safety Consulting team works with businesses that want to effectively meet their obligations. They develop tailored systems, plans, and processes that not only tick the compliance boxes but are practical, easy to use, and aligned to how the business actually operates. Findex also designs eLearning solutions that are engaging rather than “tick box” training. Modules are tailored to each business and cover topics such as bullying and harassment, workplace inductions, leadership, and more - helping organisations build understanding and change behaviour, not just complete a course. Alongside these people focused services, Findex provides accounting, tax, audit, and business advisory support through a network of offices across New Zealand, giving clients access to integrated expertise under one roof. From Auckland to Invercargill, Findex is proud to support events like this one and to partner with businesses that are committed to creating safe, engaged, and high performing workplaces.
