5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace

Appreciation is based on the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace, a book co-authored by Gary Chapman and Paul White, originating from Gary Chapmans book “The 5 Languages of Love”.
Gary Chapman, having experienced powerful results with the love languages paired with Paul White to conduct extensive research into the relationships of coworkers and the company environment subsequently translating the love language concept to the workplace, thus the book “The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace was created”.
When people feel appreciated, they enjoy their work more, which leads to increased job satisfaction.  Feeling appreciated means employees stick around, they are more committed to projects and the work they do and that trickles down to customers and the overall impact on the bottom line.
