Director / Self Employed Contractor - Oomph
After 20 years in Human Resources / People tier 2 leadership roles, I now work as a self employed contractor on major change and transformation programmes. Over recent years I have worked in various change programmes for the New Zealand Red Cross, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Ministry of Education and the Ministry for Primary Industries.
Some career highlights include the roles I held during the initial All of Government response to COVID-19 (including as Programme Manager and Programme Director). Another highlight has been being the Programme Manager for the establishment of the New Zealand Emergency Management Assistance Teams Team to support emergency responses up and running | Beehive.govt.nz.
