Coaching staff is a priority and passion in my current role, and I am now expanding mentorship to the wider HR community.

I am grateful for the mentorship I've received at varying levels throughout my career. Even the smallest words of encouragement have been impactful and unforgettable, and I want to give back.

Given my wide-ranging experience, I can help with just about anything.

I’ve had a solid HR trajectory since I graduated in HR – from HR entry levels to executive and many bits and bobs in between. I’ve worked in both government and private sectors, specialising in remuneration, ER, and mergers and acquisitions.

I've been in incredibly fast-paced and pressurised environments and can also provide coaching on the critical components needed to succeed and have a healthy work/life balance - resilience, stamina and wellbeing.

My achievements include:

  • Building an HR infrastructure from scratch

  • Mergers and acquisitions for the last 7 years
