I’m Kirsten, hi!
I have a wealth of practical experience across Public, Not for Profit/For Purpose, Private, global and local businesses across New Zealand, as well as providing private advocacy work for people needing confidence and clarity through employment processes.
I’m 20+ years in the “HR game” and started young and curious and have built up my toolkit of knowledge through trial and error, exposure to projects, and taking on assignments that were challenging.
I love mistakes and growth simply from the perspective that it provides information and opportunity to reflect.
My goals with mentoring are simple: to form a trusted relationship where you can grow, learn, test your thinking, and explore ideas to sharpen your offering and expertise to your stakeholders.
What do I get out of it? The thrill of seeing you succeed in areas that you didn’t know how to do (yet), and watching your confidence lift as you go for it.
