AT - Managing Partner, Cook Islands/ Manawatu

Kia ora,

I am a senior HR professional with NZ and more recently (last 15 years) overseas experiences as an HR contractor with assignments in the Solomon Islands, Fiji, Niue, and currently the Cook Islands. I have worked as an HR Manager & Director as well as undertaking strategic advisory projects under the NZAid banner and recruitment projects in South Africa. 

I have a background in employment investigations & industrial relations [with the NZ Police & Dept of Corrections – Prison Service], private sector consulting and senior HR experience in the NGO sector in Fiji and Noumea. 

In addition to my current contract in the Cook Islands, I operate my own boutique HR consultancy working for a small select group of clients both in New Zealand and the Pacific undertaking mainly desktop HR structural reviews and the like.
