Jacinta has over 20 years of experience across the IT industry, working with organisations of all sizes in both the private and public sectors.
With experience on both the vendor and customer sides of technology implementation, she understands the practical challenges organisations face when navigating digital transformation and emerging technologies.
At HRNZ, Jacinta recently led a full-scale technology transformation programme and now works closely with HRNZ members to assess HR technology needs, governance considerations, and opportunities for responsible AI adoption.
