What led you to a career in HR and the position that you are in currently?  

Following the interest in the relationship between people, I picked up HRER in my studies at the university. With stepping in the field of remuneration, I am deeply attracted by the feeling of communication between people. And I am appreciated I continued my career in Employment Relations. 

What do you love about working in HR?  

Of course being a “detective”, especially sorting complicated employment cases. And I really enjoy the bargaining session with the unions, where the negotiation goes back and forth. 

What is an achievement so far in your career that you are proud of?  

I have been in the holiday act remediation project, which is worth millions of dollars. 

What was the experience of becoming an Accredited Professional Member like for you?  

I can be proud that my knowledge and skills are recognised. 

Do you plan to work towards becoming a Chartered Member?  

Definitely looking to! 

Where do you see you career heading from this point forwards? 

I am looking forward to having some leadership experience in my future career.
