We work with businesses of all sizes and stages. If you’re growing or hiring for the first time, we’ll help you build solid foundations with compliant agreements, onboarding, policies and Health & Safety systems.
If you’ve already got the basics in place, we can take things to the next level – boosting engagement and retention through leadership development, culture-building workshops, feedback frameworks, reward programmes and wellbeing initiatives.

Spice has been helping New Zealand businesses thrive for almost 10 years, and our team brings over 75 years of combined experience across people, culture, leadership and health & safety.
What does your standard product cost?
We offer a range of packages to suit different needs – from day-to-day people support to full People & Culture development programmes.
For work outside these packages, project work is charged at our standard hourly rate. And if you’re new to Spice, your first one-hour consultation is complimentary.
