First Responder training is a one day training (7 hours) that provides a crucial first step to a robust workplace systems-based response to domestic violence. Over time, an improved workplace response can be embedded further by:

- holding workplace general awareness events
- releasing comms about the support available to all staff
- developing a family violence policy that aligns with the training
- inviting Shine to deliver DVFREE Manager training (3.5 hours)
