There is an annual licence fee model determined by organisational size, module makeup and requirements.

ELMO Software provides the best of both worlds as a pre-built, highly configurable modular solution. This allows users to make use of pre-built, best practice templates, as well as tailor their configurations to reflect unique organisational workflows.
How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?
ELMO Software works to a standard implementation methodology of eight weeks. Gaining a deeper understanding of the organisation’s unique requirements and resources will allow ELMO’s experts to make informed recommendations and advise what is required to meet timelines that are above or below the standard methodology.
What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?
ELMO provides an all-inclusive support model, providing access to an online training academy, local account management and technical support post-implementation, as part of the standard service for no additional cost. ELMO does not rely on third parties and operates end to end via dedicated in-house experts.
