How long has your product/ service been on the market?
CIC Financial has been serving clients for over 40 years, building a strong reputation in the financial services industry. In 2018, Kieran Sutherland became the owner, bringing fresh leadership and vision to the company.
Under Kieran’s guidance, the team has expanded to six dedicated professionals who specialise in a wide range of services, including personal and business insurance, investments, mortgages, employee benefit programs, financial coaching, and comprehensive financial planning.

Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?
No annual licensing fees.
Once an employee benefits program is implemented through CIC Financial, our CIC Cents of Worth financial wellbeing programs are provided at no additional cost to the employer.

That said, some components are immediately available. Our CIC Cents of Worth financial wellbeing programme and employee seminars can be launched as soon as an employee benefits programme is initiated. These resources provide instant value while the broader implementation is underway.
