Hall of Fame - Business Impact Award

Recognises the HR team whose work has had a demonstrable, board-recognised impact on business results.

The Business Impact Award recognises the HR team that has had the greatest impact on business or organisational results, and can demonstrate that this impact is recognised and supported at Executive and Governance level. Nominations for this award must come from, or be explicitly endorsed by, the Chief Executive and/or Chair of the Board People Committee.

Unlike the other organisational categories, submissions are judged against six specific criteria: demonstrated business impact (clear, measurable evidence linked to HR initiatives); Executive and Governance endorsement; strategic alignment with organisational priorities; organisational reputation and credibility; the team's response to significant challenges or disruption; and the sustainability of the impact over the long term.

Ready to share your journey? Best suited to organisations with an established HR team that has navigated significant challenges to achieve business objectives, and is well regarded at both Executive and Governance level.  Find out more about the upcoming awards and how to apply.
