In our first Member Survey for the year, we sought to understand HR professionals’ biggest concerns for the year ahead and their plans in respect of the continuation of remote working.

At the time of writing this report an Alert Level 3 lockdown has been announced, initially for 3 days, in Auckland and Alert Level 2 for the rest of the country. Sadly, Members’ primary concern, the potential for future lockdowns, has eventuated.

The survey report revealed the following key concerns:

  • Further Lockdowns 48% of respondents nominated this
  • Staff health and wellbeing 19%
  • Finding Talent 15%
  • Border closures 12%
  • Vaccination roll-out 4%
