Join BRANZ, a people focused, collaborative organisation that provides testing, research and expertise — and help us attract great talent. We are seeking a Talent Advisor / P&C Coordinator to join our P&C team.
This is a varied and relational role that combines end to end recruitment delivery with broader P&C coordination. Working closely with hiring leaders across the organisation, you will manage recruitment activity from attraction through to onboarding, providing practical advice, market insight and a seamless candidate experience throughout the process. The role provides core HR coordination across the whole P&C lifecycle and continuous improvement of all people processes.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for:
- Curiosity about people, capability and talents
- Proven HR coordination experience
- Experience and / or knowledge of P&C practices
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships quickly
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach

This role is:
- Fixed-term for 12 months
- Part-time (60% across 5 days)
- Flexible, with opportunity for increased hours as required
