Senior Adviser – Organisational Development, People & Capability
Location: Wellington City
Type: Fixed-term, full-time (until March 2027)
Salary: $100,934 – $135,076 (depending on experience)
Join the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and play a key role in shaping organisational culture, leadership capability, and inclusive workplace practices. This role focuses on delivering strategic organisational development initiatives that support a high-performing, people-focused environment.
You will collaborate across the People and Capability function, partnering with senior leaders and advisors to implement initiatives across leadership development, culture, performance, diversity and inclusion.
About You:
- Experienced in organisational development within complex environments
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Background in leadership capability, culture, and performance initiatives
- Knowledge of New Zealand public service (preferred)
- Relevant qualification in HR, OD, business, or similar
