Wastebusters is an award-winning social enterprise with charitable status that has been a cornerstone of waste minimisation education and resource recovery in the Queenstown Lakes District for 25 years. Our nationally renowned zero waste hub in Wānaka is a space of connection, learning and action, fostering a circular economy through reuse, recycling, repair, and our extensive behaviour change programmes.

You’ll be an authentic leader with strong alignment with Wastebusters values and have at least a decade of experience in People and Culture from leadership coaching and employee relations, to legal compliance, WHS and workplace culture development.
This role is permanent, 24-28 hours a week.
