The role
Join Alpine Energy as our next People Business Partner, partnering with leaders to deliver high-quality people initiatives across the business. You’ll shape people practices, strengthen engagement, and provide trusted HR advice that supports our teams to thrive.
As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and guiding our leaders on people matters, employment relations, and change
- Delivering core people processes and leading projects that enhance culture and capability
- Using insights to support decisions and contribute to policy, process, and framework development
What you’ll need
- Generalist HR business partnering experience (Usually 5+ years)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident to provide sound advice on people matters including performance, development, and ER.
- A solid understanding of NZ employment legislation
Nice to haves
- Experience in the electricity distribution or utilities industry
- Experience dealing with industrial relations matters
