  • Strong working knowledge of the Holidays Act 2003 and related NZ payroll legislation
  • Experience with Datapay Enterprise is essential
  • Experience with Business Central, Solar, (our HRIS) or similar systems is highly desirable
  • Confidence preparing payroll journals, reconciling payroll data, and working with general ledger coding, cost centres, project/job coding, or similar finance processes
  • Strong excel and data accuracy skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve system or data discrepancies
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to meet payroll deadlines
  • Accounting, finance, or payroll qualification experience would be an advantage

Why Kūmānu?
