The role will entail

  • Being team-focused as we are a tight-knit team
  • Proven experience with performance management processes
  • You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing programs that foster active engagement and builds a collaborative environment to champion the firm-wide vision and values of Tompkins Wake.  
  • Supporting business leaders through the employment life cycle
  • Supporting and developing processes with ongoing sustainability and accreditations for Rainbow Tick, Gender Equality Charter, diversity and unconscious bias
  • Maintaining and coordinating the Intern programme

Assisting with all generalist aspects of HR including;

  • All aspects of recruitment
  • Performance & feedback reviews
  • Health and Safety
  • Training

Attributes

  • Proven successful experience as a HR professional or similar
  • You will have a HR qualification
  • Attention to detail and strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong level of cultural capability and awareness, able to work effectively with diverse groups of people
