What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with leaders on day-to-day HR matters
- Coaching through performance, conduct and people conversations
- Supporting the rollout of leadership and development initiatives
- Playing a key role in delivering LeaderBrand’s Performance & Development (P&D) framework — embedding it into how leaders manage, develop and grow their teams
- Helping improve systems, processes and how HR operates
This is a delivery-focused role where your ability to build trust, keep things practical, and follow through will matter.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid HR generalist experience in a practical environment
- Confidence working alongside frontline leaders
- Strong understanding of NZ employment relations
- A down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved
Experience in horticulture, manufacturing or similar operational environments would be a bonus, but not essential.
