Mō tēnei mahi | About this job

With flexibility to be based at our Hamilton or Te Awamutu campus, you’ll dive deep into workforce data to uncover trends and insights that inform our strategic planning. You’ll manage and improve dashboards, create reports that tell a clear story, and work closely with teams to interpret data and predict workforce needs. Alongside this, you’ll support HR projects and change initiatives, ensuring our processes are efficient and culturally aligned with kaupapa Māori.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. Key requirements include:

  • A degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and quality improvement, including experience in an HR environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data management and reporting.
  • Proven ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • A commitment to developing understanding of āhuatanga Māori and applying Te Wānanga o Aotearoa values.
