Brian Yee, Founder and Director, MSH Consulting

Brian is the founder director of MSH Consulting Limited, a Wellington based boutique management consultant based in Wellington. MSH are leaders in making strategy happen, who work with leaders to design, implement and sustain their strategies. They help leaders clarify their thinking using logical frameworks to bridge the gap between conceptual ideas and tangible results. Brian is a member of the Institute of Directors, a passionate basketball coach and supporter and is a former board member and Chair of Basketball New Zealand. 

MSH is a small firm with a team of 8 people, based in Wellington. MSH implemented a four-day work week in December 2023, after carefully designing and trialing it for six months.
