Henriette Scheepbouwer CMHRNZ
Henriette is a strategic HR Leader empowering growth through values-led culture, compliance confidence, and future-focused people strategies.
Henriette is currently Group People and Culture Manager at Spunlite Poles Limited, and former President of the HRNZ Canterbury Branch. She's passionate about being the bridge between staff and management, believing that when people unite around common goals, businesses become stronger and everyone wins.
With experience across retail and construction industries, Henriette is skilled in Organisational and Learning Development, generalist HR Management, Sales and Team Performance.
