Flexible Work Network
Design flexible work that works for people and organisations
The Flexible Work Network supports HR professionals and people leaders to design and embed flexible work that works for organisations and their people in Aotearoa.
Flexible work is a strategic lever for workforce planning, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance, and this Special Interest Network brings together practitioners, leaders, and researchers to explore best practice, share knowledge, and build capability to sustain models that work for organisations and people.
Who should join the Flexible Work Network
The Flexible Work Network will serve HR professionals, people & culture leaders, line managers, change agents, workforce planners and other stakeholders who are actively working on or interested in flexible working initiatives.
Additionally, it can support those new to the topic, as well as those at a more advanced level (strategic/organisational design). Inclusion of researchers enables evidence-based practice to both be integrated and created.
