We are seeking to recruit an additional role of Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis, with a very strong possibility of the role becoming permanent and increasing in FTE.

We have offices in Masterton, Porirua, Kapiti and Wellington.


About the role
The purpose of the Senior HR Advisor is to proactively provide timely, high quality practical and operational HR advice and support to an assigned portfolio of our people leaders/teams in accordance with
organisational policy, best practice and legislation. This will include performance improvement processes, management of all disciplinary processes, and change management driving all matters through to
conclusion including ensuring investigations are thorough and documentation complete.


About you
- Previous experience in a senior-level HR advisory or consultancy role
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction to achieve successful resolution of matters with managers
- Ability to coach managers in the decision-making process 
- A current, clean driver's license (desirable)
- Experience in the health sector, especially working with a clinical workforce (desirable)
