Recruitment Co-ordinator - EastPack Limited
As a Recruitment Coordinator you’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our seasonal staff. You’ll be the first point of contact to ensure our job candidate’s experience is professional and positive so they feel enthusiastic and motivated to join a great team!
Day to day you will also screen job candidates, process job applications, issue employment agreements, run reports, organise pre-employment drug tests and a range of other administration tasks to support our busy recruitment function!
You will also need:
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure our job applicants are received in a warm and welcoming manner.
To be computer savvy – able to pick up new systems confidently and quickly.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills – particularly word and excel to an intermediate/ advanced level.
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work as part of a team within a diverse seasonal workforce.
The ability to be flexible with the highs and lows of seasonal work which will involve working a minimum of a 6:1 roster during our peak season. This will include weekend cover.
Most importantly, you will need to be resilient, as this is a busy and varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same!
Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is preferred but not essential.
