About the role

As a People Business Partner, you'll be the go-to person for our leaders, supporting them in retaining, developing, and empowering our incredible people to perform at their best.

You'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with leaders to align their goals with the bigger picture, and providing guidance and support on all people-related matters, including employee relations.

You'll take a risk management approach and be a skilled coach. Coaching is a key part of our culture here at WDC, so the right person for this role is comfortable with sitting in the coaching space even through difficult conversations.

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for partnering, someone with a strategic mindset and the ability to build strong relationships and foster trust. We'd also really like someone with a creative approach to problem-solving, we love thinking outside the box!
