About the Role

Our HR Associate role carries out a range of HR functions across the organisation including onboarding, recruitment, people development, events, health and safety and employee relations.  As a HR Associate, you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping to maintain a smooth, effective, and positive HR experience for everyone. Being a technology fueled business, key to your success will be expanding and optimizing the use of our newly implemented HRIS (HR software) and leveraging AI.

You will be:

  • Highly organized, process oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Have strong communication and influence skills.
  • Technically savvy across a variety of computer systems and software, you actively think and test how you can utilise technology.
  • Adaptable and resilient in mind-set, able to seamlessly change and operate on the fly.
  • Interested in HR – Experience in a HR role is beneficial, but for the right candidate, we have the ability to upskill/cross train.
  • Educated – A bachelor’s degree in business with additional HR training is ideal.
  • Looking for a primarily office-based role.
