The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners is, a medical college that is the post-graduate training organisation for doctors wanting to specialise in general practice and rural hospital medicine, and a membership organisation. Our 65+ operational staff support our College members with an aim to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequities.
The role
We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our HR & Services team. You will be the first point of contact for all things ‘contracts’ and have an opportunity to be involved in wider HR coordination work across the employee lifecycle.
- First point of contact for contract related guidance
- Ensure all contracts are fit for purpose, cost effective and meet legal requirements
- Identify risk, issues and mitigation during negotiation and contract development
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an administration or coordination role (within an HR team would be desirable)
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to challenge the status quo and focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to understand customer concerns
- Proficient level skill with the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint
- Experience in contract coordination and procurement processes would be great, but this can be something we are open to developing the right candidate in.
